1. Information We Collect

When you sign up for tgleads, we collect:

  • Account information: your name, email address, and Telegram handle.
  • Service configuration: your selected verticals, the Telegram group links you provide, your lead type and package preferences.
  • Usage data: your interactions with our website (pages visited, form submissions) via standard server logs.
  • Lead data: contact details and inquiry context harvested from Telegram groups on your behalf. This data is delivered to you and stored temporarily for delivery purposes.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provision and deliver the lead-harvesting service you signed up for.
  • Communicate with you through your private Telegram group about service updates, lead deliveries, and account matters.
  • Improve our service quality and monitor for misuse.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising purposes.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your signup data is stored in a Cloudflare D1 database (SQLite at the edge) and protected by Cloudflare’s infrastructure security. Access to the database is restricted to tgleads personnel through authenticated API calls. We retain your signup data for the duration of your customer relationship and delete it within 30 days of account termination upon request.

4. Cookies

Our website uses a single functional cookie (tgleads_lang) to remember your language preference. This cookie is strictly necessary for the multilingual functionality of the site and does not track you across websites. It expires after one year and is not used for advertising or profiling. Under applicable privacy regulations, this functional cookie does not require a consent banner.

5. Third-Party Services

We use Cloudflare Turnstile for bot mitigation on our signup form. Turnstile processes minimal interaction data to distinguish humans from bots; Cloudflare’s privacy policy applies to that processing. Our website and database are hosted on Cloudflare Pages and D1 respectively, both on Cloudflare’s infrastructure.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, message us in your private Telegram group. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through your private Telegram group. The date at the top of this page indicates when it was last revised.
