Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the tgleads service (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

tgleads is a lead-harvesting service that identifies and delivers sales leads from Telegram groups. We provide two lead products: Hot leads (contact details and inquiry context) and Qualified leads (Hot leads with additional confirmation of qualifying questions). Leads are delivered to a private Telegram group created for each customer.

3. Customer Obligations

When signing up, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information, including a valid Telegram handle.
  • Provide at least 5 Telegram group links where we will monitor for leads. You represent that you have the right to direct us to join these groups.
  • Not use the Service for illegal purposes, spam, harassment, or any activity that violates Telegram’s Terms of Service.
  • Keep your Telegram account active so we can maintain your private delivery group.

4. Leads and Payment

Leads are sold in packages with per-lead pricing that varies by vertical and lead type (Hot or Qualified). Package pricing is set at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with notice. Payment terms are communicated at signup; no lead delivery begins until the applicable package fee is received.

5. No Guarantee of Conversion

tgleads delivers contact details and inquiry context. We do not guarantee that any lead will result in a sale, contract, or business relationship. Lead quality is measured by the accuracy of the information delivered, not by downstream outcomes.

6. Intellectual Property

The tgleads brand, website, and service methodology are the property of tgleads. Customer data (vertical selections, group lists, handle) is used solely to provision and deliver the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, tgleads shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the package in question.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the relationship with 7 days’ written notice (via Telegram message to your private group). Upon termination, we will stop harvesting on your behalf. Prepaid packages for undelivered leads will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through your private Telegram group. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
